It's hard to take when someone for no good reason is out to do you harm and you know it. The normal human tendency is to do something either to protect yourself, get even or get them before they get you.
As a child of God, you need not worry because God's got you covered. He has your back! Evil may appear to triumph for a while but God has the final say. If you're in this position, this is the word of God to you: "You will not have to fight this battle. Take up your positions; stand firm and see the deliverance the Lord will give you, Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.
Go out to face them tomorrow, and the Lord will be with you.’”(2 Chronicles 20:17). The God of Israel is your God and He hasn't changed. His way of dealing with this kind of situation is far better and superior to the way you will. Let Him deal with your oppressors and your enemies.
As you face your week, be assured of the word of God: "Dear friends, never take revenge. Leave that to the righteous anger of God. For the Scriptures say, "I will take revenge; I will pay them back," says the LORD.
